About Studio 23

Studio 23, established in 2025, was born from years spent behind the scenes of the wedding industry, where I saw firsthand how much smoother things run with solid systems and support.

As a bridal makeup artist, I worked with incredible creatives who were juggling way too much. From forgotten follow-ups to scrambled timelines, I realized what many business owners were missing: a trusted sidekick to help them stay on top of things without burning out. That’s where Studio 23 comes in; a virtual assistant and marketing studio designed to bring ease, organization, and a touch of strategy to your business.

I help small business owners, especially in creative and service-based spaces, stay consistent online, deliver a polished client experience, and get back to the parts of their business they actually love. At Studio 23, it’s not about doing it all, it’s about doing what matters, well.

Meet the Founder

Hi, I’m Wendy, a former bridal makeup artist turned virtual assistant and marketing support partner for small businesses. After years in the wedding industry, I realized I loved the behind-the-scenes work just as much as the beauty. I’ve always had an eye for details, a calm approach, and a passion for helping others stay organized and feel supported.

I created Studio 23 to blend creativity with strategy, offering the kind of help I wish I had when I was running my own business solo. When I’m not working, you’ll find me spending time with my kids, baking, or sipping coffee with a good playlist on in the background.

1. I come from the wedding world. Before launching Studio 23, I spent years as a bridal makeup artist. That behind-the-scenes experience taught me how much creatives need reliable support to stay organized and sane.

2. I’m a total perfectionist. I genuinely care about the little things most people don’t notice. Whether it’s lining up the spacing just right or obsessing over the perfect font. It means I pour my heart into what I do, but yes… sometimes I take way too long picking an email subject line. Balance is a work in progress!

3. Baking is my reset button. Give me a cozy kitchen, a fresh batch of lemon bars, and I’m in my happy place. Just like in business, I believe the little details (like flaky edges or perfect timing) make all the difference.
